.January 20, 2009 - I loved Haze. I thought it was Free Radical's best game yet, offering an experience that challenged my unspoken want as a player to feel like I'm constantly doing the right thing even when I'm clearly not. It punctured the heroic pathos of most shooters with a humanistic verve that says killing is always wrong, no matter what side you're on. The beauty of the game was that it didn't equivocate the necessity of killing to drive its core gameplay, it allowed these two incongruities to exist side by side.

Hello Battlefrontians! MAY THE 4th be with you! This is very interesting, and a big thanks to “maul362” for the heads up. In an in-depth article with Eurogamer, Free Radical Co-Founders David Doak and Steve Ellis, bear their teeth and tell us how LucasArts basically destroyed any hopes of them releasing Battlefront 3. Right now we are getting the DICE/EA spin on what a Battlefront game is. Whether that is good or bad remains to be seen. Personally I would have liked to see Free Radical's Battlefront 3 release during the PS3/360 generation to give us that more familiar Battlefront game play. So some of you may know me as CorraAshu on facepunch ( wish i could change my name on here) and if you know who i am then you know i've been releasing over time assets from the canceled Star Wars Battlefront 3 by Free Radical and as of late i've not been releasing as much because of certain thing not allowing me to.

While LucasArts never officially announced the title, the low-res video, allegedly from an internal Alpha meeting in November 2008, indicated that the game was in an advanced stage of development and very nearly complete.
